Bill Barberg is the president and founder of Insightformation, Inc., a Minneapolis-based consulting and technology firm that focuses on helping communities develop and implement strategies to collaborate on improving health and the social determinants of health. He has been doing pioneering work for several years on improving the techniques and tools to allow coalitions to be more successful in achieving collective impact. His clients range from large community efforts like Live Well San Diego to the work in Weld County Colorado with the North Colorado Health Alliance–one of the SCALE Pacesetter Communities. Bill and his team have developed an on-line training program on community strategy management, and this session will give you a sample of some of the tools that are part of that training program.
