The purpose of these quarterly Learning Institutes are three-fold:

  • Peer-to-peer support - learn with and from one another’s local efforts that improve access and health outcomes;
  • Education - gain exposure to important outside ideas and models that work; and
  • Advisory - recommend public and private policy changes.

These Learning Institutes are made possible by the collaborative work of the Northwest Health Foundation, PacificSource Health Plans, National Policy Consensus Center, Oregon Health Policy Commission, Oregon’s Department of Public Health, and Communities Joined in Action.
