Description:
This first technical assistance call is an
entry level training for directors of community collaboratives.
Participants will hear three collaborative leaders talk about their
real-life examples of their current revenue cultivation work, and
their creative and innovative approach to building sustainability.

Description: This TA call is an entry-level training for
directors of new community collaboratives on the role of marketing
and educational tactics to support sustainability. The goal of this
second TA call will be to answer the question “What marketing pieces
should I put in place as a regular aspect of my agency operations,
and why are these pieces important to sustainability? “ Participants
will review strategies and tactics to disseminate a solid
understanding of a healthcare collaboratives work and value to the
community through marketing.
