We are dedicated to growing the reach and influence of a national movement of communities, each creating 100% access and 0 Disparities health care systems – better health for more people at less cost.

The leadership of Communities Joined in Action has committed to join national and state policy making forums to align national policy with community agendas and strategies.

The Sustainability TA Series Conference Calls
