2021 Registration

What does this mean for your 2020 Conference registration?

Existing registrations will automatically be applied to the 2021 CJA National Conference, with no additional action required on your part. Because we expect 2021 registration prices to increase, we are pleased to offer this service so that you may lock-in the lower 2020 price. As an added benefit, you will also receive VIP amenities at the 2021 conference.

If for any reason you do not wish for your existing registration to be applied to the 2021 dates, we are happy to accommodate. Please email sondrias@texashealthinstitute.org by Friday, June 5, 2020, with your preference of the options below:

  1. Donate your Refund. This is a great opportunity to further support CJA’s mission to connect and equip communities with tools to improve health equity and well-being. Your donation will also include:
    1. Automatic individual-level CJA membership through 2021, which includes a discounted member-only rate on 2021 registration (total $250 value). This can be used for yourself or gifted to another individual. Visit our website for a detailed overview of membership benefits.
    2. Virtual lunch-n-learn hosted by the CJA President, Quentin Moore (date and time to be determined).
  2. Cancel your Registration. You may cancel your registration for a full refund.
