Shannon Welch is a Project Director for the 100 Million Healthier Lives initiative and works for Heluna Health. Shannon directs the States of Solutions initiative and supports communities in their efforts to learn and apply the Community of Solutions skills to accelerate population health improvement. She also supports incubation efforts to scale up identified, successful projects/initiatives across the United States and globally. Prior to joining Heluna Health, Shannon worked for the Oklahoma City-County Health Department as the Director of the Community Health Division. Shannon holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
