Bridging for Health: Improving Community Health Through Innovations in Financing

Bridging for Health: Improving Community Health Through Innovations in Financing, supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is pleased to announce the first four sites selected to participate in this new initiative:

– Allegheny County Health Department
– The Bexar County Community Health Collaborative
– Spartanburg’s Way to Wellville
– Yamhill Community Care Organization

The goal of Bridging for Health is to improve population health by rebalancing and aligning investments while fostering linkages among public health, health care, and other sectors. Collaboratives will focus on three main areas:

– Stewardship and collective impact
– Innovations in financing
– Health equity
