Brigitte Manteuffel, PhD, leads efforts to address the opioid epidemic through policy, practice, and research. Her interests focus on improving the infrastructure for addressing the opioid epidemic, as well as the evidence-based prevention and treatment of behavioral health disorders. She is an expert in mixed-methods evaluation of children’s mental health systems of care and has special expertise in youth substance use and substance use disorder treatment. She contributes to local and national groups working to improve access and quality of care for behavioral health, and to reverse the opioid epidemic.
