Jon is Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for the Enterprise Community Loan Fund. He manages the lending production activities across the country and works directly with borrowers to understand their financing needs and respond with appropriate capital structures. He oversees the loan officers in structuring, underwriting and closing loans for affordable housing, community facilities, and commercial projects. Jon joined ECLF in 2010 with more than a decade in the community development field and strong experience in deal structuring and financing. He previously oversaw the lending activities for a Seattle-based CDFI, served as a senior housing developer consulting to nonprofit groups building affordable housing in Washington State, and served as an analyst at the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
