Lora Gulley is Director of Mobilization and Advocacy with Generate Health. Lora brings experience building broad-based, community collaborations and support for vulnerable women, children, and families. With a 16-year track record of strengthening community and organizational conditions, Lora has developed a diverse blend of designing and implementing community engagement efforts and building peer to peer leadership initiatives to accelerate change for under-served populations. Lora provides oversight to regional, multi-sector health initiatives striving to achieve zero racial disparities in infant mortality in the St. Louis region. Lora mobilizes marginalized communities to use their voice to improve community conditions, policies and practices.
