Rick Wilk, MPH, MBA is the former Regional Administrator of the HRSA Chicago Regional Office and has been the director of long term care rehabilitation facilities and an FQHC. He currently assists the Pathways Community HUB Institute and other organizations support communities developing community-based care coordination systems, provides transformative meeting planning and facilitation and is an executive coach.
